I have request for 100-200 Millions gallons weekly #6 Fuel Oil and Jet A11-5 million barrels monthly from buyers who are qualified but have been deceived, delayed and asked to pay in advance for services and fees from scams. If you hold up your end with competitive price, a non circumvent with myself and association and professional conduct.
